Specialized Volleyball-based Classes

FMS (FUNCTIONAL MOVEMENT SYSTEMS) GROUP TRAINING
FMS-Screen + Vert-testing + 8 Sessions of Customized FMS-based Performance Training
8 sessions including FMS-Screening, Vert-testing (vertical jump and landing force assessment), and customized group training to address the athletes' goals. Focus on foundations of strength, agility, and jump-training. Classes are typically done either over four weeks (twice per week) or eight weeks (once per week).
The best part about group classes is feeding off each other's energy, having fun, and encouraging each other while you train hard together!

FMS (FUNCTIONAL MOVEMENT SYSTEMS) INDIVIDUAL TRAINING
FMS Screen + Vert-testing + 8 Sessions of Customized One-on-One Performance Training
8 sessions including FMS-Screening, Vert-testing (vertical jump and landing force assessment), and individualized training to address your goals. Focus ranges from player to player, but includes strength and mobility, agility, and jump-training. Classes can be done over four weeks (twice per week) or eight weeks (one per week).
Be prepared to focus and get a lot of your training! Your plan will be very specific to you and what will benefit you as a volleyball player, both in injury-prevention and improving performance. This is also a good option if you are recovering from injury. We will look at your specific position and how you can train your body to be an even better player.
Training can also be customized to include position-specific skills training (serving, passing, hitting, setting, blocking, etc).

FMS SCREEN + VERT TESTING ONLY
Function Movement Screen
I also offer just the screen and vertical testing for those interested. Get feedback on areas that you should be focusing on, as well as a thorough jump testing that looks at your vertical jump, approach jump, landing force, and speed/agility combined with jumping.
